Swimming in the pool

Darling bought Alanis a playing pool. We kept the pool for some times because not really have time to blow it and let Alanis to play. Finally, my maid keep pushing us to let Alanis play water in the pool that we bough.

So darling blow up the pool and fill in with water. I boiled almost 6 liter of boiling water and 2 piles of hot water from water heater to fill the pool. We never thought that the pool is so big and we need so much water. Finally, everything is ready.

She is so enjoy sitting at the high chair that we bought for her.

She can finish one big bowl of porridge or cereal when she sit on the chair.

Updates of Alanis

She is able to sit on her own without support. When we said "Up", she will move her body up and when we said "Down", she will move back her body. She understand what we said to her.

Baby Foods

Baby foods and cereal that I bought for Alanis. She enjoyed the foods very much.

Constipation? Hard stools? Normal?

Today was a bad day for me. Alanis has not poo poo for 3 days already. I am not so worry about that. But then, my maid, my parents in law are so "kan cheong" on that.

Alanis is trying to poo poo today. She keeps straining and pushing. Her face is red, then she cried. She tried a few times. Finally she poo but just a small one only. They all claimed that she is constipated. It is because she cried and her poo seems dried and hard for them.

I managed to take the picture and show to the doctor on the next day when we went for routine checkup. Doctor said the poo is fine and nice. No need to be worry. This make me feel so relief because I have been so stress when all the family members keeps complaining on the solid foods that I gave la..... like avacado. Claiming that it is heaty..bla bla....

Chicken Porridge & Purple Sweet Potato

Last Sunday, Alanis is starting to accept porridge already. I have cooked 4 times of porridge for her. The first 3 times, she refused to eat. But this round, she ate. She ate half a bowl of chicken porridge with carrot and potato. At first, she also do her vomit face but later she is accepting and eating the porridge.

Today, I stimmed some purple sweet potato. I make a small portion for her to try as well. She ate that... Hurray! I think she can accept all kind of taste of the solid food. I have trained her eating different kind of baby food. For example, pumpkin, sweetcorn, sweet potato, carrot, squash, papaya, pear and banana. She drank apple and prune juice as well....I am getting proud of her as she make so much improvement as compare to 1 month ago. 1 month ago, she just push out everything that you put into her mouth.

She liked water as well but have to feed by spoon. I think she is not used to drink water from bottle. So now, everytime has to feed her water with spoon. I am starting to train her to drink from baby trainer cup.

She can turn when she is 4 months plus. Now she can turn and roll very well.
